1. Introduction

Welcome to PorukeAI ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our Facebook Messenger chatbot management platform and all associated services. By accessing and using PorukeAI, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description

PorukeAI is a unified dashboard platform that allows users to manage multiple Facebook Messenger chatbots across different Facebook pages. The platform enables:

• Connection of multiple Facebook profiles and pages
• Product assignment to individual Facebook pages
• AI-powered conversation management using Claude AI
• Lead collection and customer interaction tracking
• Manual message responses to customers

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and Facebook's terms
• Not engage in spam, harassment, or malicious activities
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to access unauthorized features

4. Required Permissions

PorukeAI requires the following permissions to function:

• Facebook OAuth (pages_show_list, pages_messaging, pages_read_engagement): Required to connect your Facebook profiles, send messages, and retrieve page information.
• Email Address: Used for account identification and optional password recovery.
• Username & Password: Used for secure account authentication and session management.

5. Data Collection and Usage

We collect the following data:

• User Account Data: Username, email, name, and securely hashed password
• Facebook Data: Page names, page IDs, customer interactions, and conversation history
• Lead Data: Customer names, phone numbers, products of interest, and timestamps
• Conversation History: All messages exchanged between customers and the chatbot, stored for analysis and manual responses

This data is used solely to provide the chatbot management service, improve AI responses, and help you manage customer interactions.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including bcrypt password hashing, secure session tokens with 24-hour expiration, and encrypted database connections. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

7. AI Integration

PorukeAI uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses to customer messages. Conversation context is sent to Claude's API for processing. By using this service, you consent to your conversation data being processed by Claude AI for response generation. Sensitive information should not be discussed with the chatbot.

8. CRM Integration

PorukeAI can integrate with Stepmode CRM to automatically send captured leads. By enabling this integration, you authorize PorukeAI to share lead data (name, phone, email, product interest) with Stepmode CRM.

9. Limitation of Liability

PorukeAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including loss of revenue or customer relationships.

10. Data Deletion

PorukeAI provides multiple ways to manage your data:

10.1 Manual Profile Deletion

You can delete individual Facebook profiles from the FB Profili (Facebook Profiles) section of your dashboard. When you delete a profile, the following data is immediately removed:

• Facebook profile and access tokens
• All connected Facebook pages
• All conversations and messages for those pages
• All leads associated with those pages

10.2 Facebook Data Deletion Callback (GDPR)

When you request data deletion through Facebook (via your Facebook account settings), PorukeAI automatically receives and processes the deletion request. This removes all data associated with your Facebook profile, including all conversations, pages, and leads.

10.3 Full Account Deletion

You can request complete account deletion by contacting us through the dashboard. This will delete all user account data, sessions, and associated information. This action is irreversible.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PorukeAI after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
